From project management to performing arts, and from NYC to LA, expand your professional tool box and your horizons this summer with a range of intensive programs offered by Pace. Register today!

With the end of the spring semester in sight, it’s time to start planning your summer—and Pace wants you to stick around or travel west through a summer intensive program. Classes and programs range from business writing in New York City to acting in LA, and last between one to 14 days. They are designed to give you an edge over the competition in your career and the skills employers are looking for.

Workplace Skills Bootcamp
Thursday, May 14–Saturday, May 16
Whether you are new to the workforce or a seasoned professional, these one-day programs in Advanced Excel, Job Hunting in the USA (for international students), Project Management, Business Writing, and Career Preparation will give you the relevant knowledge, skills, and competencies most in demand by today’s employers. Enroll in classes for all three days and take $100 off program tuition. Students who enroll in the bootcamp may extend on-campus housing through Sunday, May 17.

Performing Arts Travel Course to Los Angeles
Section 1: Monday, June 15–Friday, June 26
Section 2: Monday, August 3–Friday, August 14
Designed to demystify the logistics of working and living in Los Angeles, the audition and booking process, as well as developing business strategies for a career in film and television, this two-week course will give you a flavor of Hollywood and the Los Angeles landscape. Actors will work closely with West Coast industry casting directors, talent agents, talent managers, and studio and network executives in the areas of commercial, TV comedy, TV drama, soap opera, and feature film to gain a personal understanding of the expectation and preparation required to be a working professional actor in Los Angeles.
