Honoring Leaders in Education
On Monday, April 16, join the School of Education in honoring some of the world's foremost leaders in cultivating the minds of tomorrow.
The American Educational Research Association (AERA), a national research society that's been on the forefront of educational leadership for over 100 years, will hold its annual conference in New York City this year. In conjunction with the conference, Pace's School of Education is proud to announce they will be hosting an AERA reception on the New York City Campus on Monday, April 16.
At the event, the School of Education will be presenting a special award to honor three leaders who have made a great impact on the field of education.
Those three nominees are:
- >> Michael S. McPherson, PhD, President Emeritus, Spencer Foundation
- >> Earl Lewis, PhD, President Emeritus, Andrew W. Mellon Foundation
- >> Arthur Levine, PhD, President, Woodrow Wilson Foundation
The event will be emceed by NY1 Education Reporter Lindsey Christ, MS '07.
