Starting Monday, November 16, we’re celebrating all of Pace’s unique study abroad opportunities and travel resources with special virtual events. Join us to learn more about how to take advantage of our global opportunities!

The Full Study Abroad Experience

Come play an interactive game with the PALs (Pace Abroad Leaders) and learn about study abroad! Answer a series of polls and the most popular answers will determine where the conversation goes. The PALs, who are all students who have studied abroad through Pace, will share personal experiences as well as answer any questions or concerns you may have.
Communicating Effectively With Your Instructors: A Guide for International and Multilingual Students

As an international student who may not be used to the culture of higher education in the US, navigating professional communication can be challenging. This workshop is for any international or non-native English speaking student who may have questions about proper email etiquette, how to address and meet with instructors, and overall academic communication. Mackenzie Lirakis is the director of International Academic Support and Programs and will provide some helpful tips as well as valuable resources for students who want to enhance their communication skills.

Want to learn more about study abroad? Students who have already studied abroad and want to share their experiences with you, otherwise known as Pace Abroad Leaders, are hosting information sessions! Feel free to drop in and learn what it’s all about. It takes a lot of time to research programs, plan your academics, talk to your family, and apply for scholarships. Every Thursday throughout the semester, Pace International hosts a tea and coffee hour to connect with fellow students and staff. Faculty-Led Study Abroad
Faculty-led courses offer a unique credit-bearing study abroad experience that’s organized and led by Pace faculty. There are two upcoming Spring 2021 courses that feature study abroad travel in July 2021:
