Time to stretch out that stress by breaking out the yoga mat and getting into Downward Dog. All skill levels welcome!

Toast Bar

Stressed the most? Eat some toast! The end of the semester is near and the library is “toasting” to the end… literally! Join them for a variety of different breads and spreads at their very special toast bar. Grab a snack and take a #toastie (it’s like a selfie, but with toast) to mark the occasion.

Napping Stations
Monday, December 4 through Thursday, December 21 | Mortola Library
Remember: library staff recommend napping between 10 to 30 minutes. That’s the sweet spot before you hit REM—anything longer than that and you’ll disrupt the natural flow of your sleep cycle. Basically, you’ll feel way worse. Recharge by napping for only a few minutes at a time!

Stress Relief Zone
