Editorial Student Assistant
Do you want to be a part of the team that’s responsible for Pace’s editorial properties, marketing brochures, promotional material, web content, and social media? Do your friends call you the grammar police? University Relations is looking for a student assistant to work in the editorial group! Ideally, you’re majoring in communications studies, English, journalism, or a related field, and have a keen attention to detail.
Faculty Center Student Assistant
You’ll be working in the Faculty Center digital studio helping to create video lectures in addition to administrative support for the department. Weekly tasks include setting up the studio, editing video and audio using Adobe, and other miscellaneous office tasks. You should have experience with Adobe Creative Cloud and a strong knowledge of Microsoft Suite.
Multicultural Affairs Student Assistant
The Office of Multicultural Affairs is looking for an assistant to provide administrative support to their department by greeting visitors, performing general clerical duties, answering phones, and completing other duties as assigned. You should have a strong proficiency with Microsoft Suite, an ability to handle confidential information appropriately, and strong customer service skills.
Facilities Student Assistant
Assist with all aspects of operations and facility maintenance of the Goldstein Fitness Center and other athletic facilities! You’ll be handling a variety of tasks from setup and breakdown after events, front desk work, and much more. You should have strong customer service skills, proficiency with Microsoft Suite, and a flexible schedule, as you will have to occasionally work weekends.
LGBTQA Center Intern
This is an experiential learning position that will allow you to apply the theory and knowledge learned inside the classroom to the practical application and skills development within the department. Responsibilities include facilitating student discussions, event planning and promotion, graphics and marketing, social media design, and much more! You should be proficient in Microsoft Suite, have strong written and verbal skills, and an ability to work independently.
Provost Student Assistant
This is a position providing support to the Provost. In addition to performing miscellaneous clerical duties, you’ll be required to answer phones and greet visitors, ensure the Provost’s appointments are on schedule, and assist with various department projects as assigned. Proficiency with Microsoft Suite, ability to handle confidential information appropriately, and strong customer service skills are a must.
