Just Mike the Poet makes a pit stop at Pace this month with visits to Westchester and New York City. Join him in PLV for a very special open mic night and later in New York City as he presents his Just Words College Tour.
Think poetry is lame? Just Mike is going to prove you wrong. Born Michael E. Reid, but more commonly known as Just Mike the Poet, has sought to further his messages of love, acceptance, and inspiration on the global stage. After taking his show on the road to cities like Paris, London, Miami, Atlanta, Just Mike is headed to Pace where he hopes to inspire people one word at a time.

Just Words College Tour

Just Mike comes to campus for a signing of his new book, Dear Woman, and a special meet and greet followed by a love and relationships workshop. Afterwards, he’ll take the stage for Just Words, an international spoken word poetry tour featuring poetry, spoken word, and song. Joining him onstage will be local artists Vision and Jamarr Hall. This event is free for the Pace Community, however guest tickets are available for purchase here.
