The Last Lecture (PLV)

News Story

Learn how to take an entrepreneurial approach to your career with marketing expert Professor Kathy Winsted, PhD, on Monday, February 4. She’ll be delivering this lecture as if it were her last—don’t miss out!

The Last Lecture is a concept present on many college campuses. Students get to vote for a faculty member who then addresses whatever message they would leave behind if this were their very last opportunity to lecture. It’s a wonderful and thought-provoking opportunity for everyone involved, and this time will be no different! You selected Associate Professor Kathy Winsted, PhD. She’s the associate director of the Lubin Leaders and Scholars program as well as a Fullbright advisor, and she has more than 20 years of teaching experience.

Before entering the world of academia, Professor Winsted worked as a marketing consultant, public administrator, and entrepreneur. Now? She will be speaking about inventing your own reality, and taking an entrepreneurial approach to your career. This is one class you won’t want to miss!
