Lead the Way
Interested in being among or inspiring the next generation of leaders? Register for the 7th Annual Student Leadership Conference to grow, learn, and develop as a leader.
In the world we live in, the only constant is change. The leader of today must be versatile, possessing a wide range of skills to meet all of their responsibilities in our evolving world.
The 7th Annual Student Leadership Conference, being held on February 15 from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. in the Bianco Room and Student Union on the NYC Campus, is an opportunity for students to grow, learn, and develop as leaders. Students will listen to speakers, participate in workshops, and network with professionals in fields relevant to their courses of study.
Each year the conference showcases a range of speakers and presenters that specialize in leadership, public speaking, and represent reputable organizations providing conference attendees with a unique experience. This year's featured keynote speakers include Marc Williams, a high-powered, energetic, motivational speaker, and Assistant Principal for Brooklyn Technical High School, and Sue Maxam, EdD, educator, social justice advocate, and Assistant Vice President of Undergraduate Education at Pace University. This year the conference planning committee has developed two focused tracks: the women's leadership track for students and the professional staff development track for staff.
The event is free for Pace students, faculty, and staff, and $20 for outside guests. Register here.
