LOL with EIR Alan Zweibel (NYC)

News Story

Lubin’s Spring 2016 Executive in Residence (EIR) is an Emmy and Tony awards winner, writer, and actor. But on March 29, Alan Zweibel is (almost) all business as he takes the Schimmel stage for his EIR lecture.

Author, playwright, and television writer Alan Zweibel has won multiple Emmy, Writers Guild of America, and TV Critics awards for his work on television including Saturday Night Live, PBS' Great Performances, It's Garry Shandling's Show, Monk, Curb Your Enthusiasm, and The Late Show with David Letterman. He also received a Tony Award for his collaboration with Billy Crystal on the play 700 Sundays; a Thurber Prize for his book The Other Shulman; and his humor has appeared in many magazines and publications. And now he is coming to Pace’s New York City Campus as Lubin’s Spring 2016 Executive in Residence.

On Tuesday, March 29, from 2:00 p.m.–3:00 p.m., Zweibel will deliver a lecture in the Schimmel as part of Lubin’s Executive in Residence (EIR) program, designed to make it possible for chairs, C-suite executives, presidents, and other top professionals to come to Pace to interact with Lubin students and faculty. Zweibel is currently the owner of Silly Robin productions and president of Big Head Productions.

Lubin is partnering with the Arts and Entertainment Management Industry Network for this event. To learn more about Alan Zweibel, the EIR program, or to register for the event, click here.
