The Many Faces of Love (NYC)
Let’s talk about interracial and same-sex relationships! Join Dyson Professor Lisa Rosenthal, PhD, for a discussion on April 16 in NYC.
On Thursday, April 16, from 3:25 p.m.–4:25 p.m., stop by Room 1319, 41 Park Row, on the NYC Campus, to talk about interracial and same-sex relationships.
Dyson Assistant Professor of Psychology Lisa Rosenthal, PhD, will share the results of a national survey of individuals in interracial and same-sex relationships she conducted with students in her Social and Health Psychology research lab. These results focus on experiences of relationship stigma, effects of that stigma on relationship functioning, and factors that buffer couples from that stigma. And, there will be an open discussion about these results and current issues facing interracial and same-sex couples.
Come share your own experiences, opinions, ideas, and questions on this topic. All are welcome!
