Self-Care During Quarantine

Join Missy Gluck and Chelsea Atlas, therapists at the Pace Counseling Center, for a chat about coping with COVID-19. They will be offering some self-care tips for managing your emotions during this uncertain time. This is a safe space to ask any questions or to discuss the unique challenges this pandemic has brought up for you. Emphasis will be on managing difficult family dynamics, taking care of your mind and body, tackling the challenges of remote learning, and more.

Avoiding Burnout

If you have a loved one who has a substance use or other addictive behaviors, Sr. Susan and J.R. Expressive Writing Workshop

Bring paper, a pen, and an open mind! Expressive writing springs from the belief that writing about one’s feelings gradually eases the experience of anxiety and emotional trauma. Jane Collins, the alumni faculty in residence, will lead the group by providing writing prompts and opportunities to share issues and ideas.
