Pace Path Live (NYC)

News Story

Looking to get internships with NYC-area startups, meet other tech-savvy students and alumni, and check out the latest tech gadgets? Pace Path Live returns to Seidenberg on April 25 for your introduction to the tech industry.

Silicon Alley comes to Pace University’s Seidenberg School of Computer Science and Information Systems on April 25 in the Bianco Room from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., when Pace students, alumni, and notable figures of the tech, entrepreneurial, and business community of NYC converge at Pace Path Live.

The day will have a variety of talks and activities that will help you learn the tricks of the trade and put you in touch with a bunch of people in the business—leading to possible on-the-spot internships for summer 2015. You’ll get the exclusive chance to try out the technology that everyone’s been talking about—Google Glass and the Oculus Rift—and win free tickets to the May 8 UNCUBED event in NYC, the startup-centric job fair that features great talks from industry insiders and access to dozens of top-flight Silicon Alley startups. Guest speakers include Pace alumnus Matthew Knell '00, vice president of social media and community strategy at, Kaliv Parker from Google, and more.

The Pace Path is an initiative geared towards helping students exercise critical thinking, reflect on cultural identities, and navigate Pace with a four-year (undergrad) and two-year (grad) plan.
