Pursue Your Passion (NYC)
Interested in pursuing your passion and inspiring the next generation of leaders? Register for the 8th Annual Student Leadership Conference on February 21 to grow, learn, develop, and network.
In the world we live in, the only constant is change. The leader of today must be versatile, possessing a wide range of skills to meet all of their responsibilities in our evolving world. Pace University aspires to motivate students to pursue their passions.
The 8th Annual Student Leadership Conference, being held on Saturday, February 21, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. in the Student Union and Bianco Room on the NYC Campus, is an opportunity for students to grow, learn, and develop as leaders. Students will hear from speakers, participate in workshops, and network with professionals in fields relevant to their courses of study.
Each year the conference showcases a range of speakers and presenters that specialize in leadership, public speaking, and represent reputable organizations providing conference attendees with a unique experience. This year's featured keynote speaker is Charles Knippen, president of the National Society for Leadership and Success, the largest leadership honor society in the United States. There will also be three breakout sessions of presenters focusing on "Finding Your Passion."
Additionally, there will be a Women and Leadership track with speakers from the World Trade Center Association and New York Women in Communications Inc.
The event is free for Pace students, faculty, and staff, and $25 for outside guests. Register here.
