A glitter campfire and masquerade ball. Powerful discussions and fort-building. PLV and NYC team up to host an overnight Q-Camp on March 27–28 in Briarcliff.
Join Pace's Multicultural Affairs and Diversity Programs (PLV) and the LGBTQA and Social Justice Center (NYC) for Q-Camp on Friday and Saturday, March 27–28 at the Briarcliff location on the Westchester Campus, an overnight camp experience to explore LGBTQA identity, form friendships, and have interactive dialogues about LGBTQA realities. Through a series of educational workshops, exploratory dialogues, fun activities, and games, Q-Camp seeks to build community across Pace campuses and intersections of identity to empower all students to make campus communities and beyond safer for all. Topics include Pillow Talk Safe(r) Sex Talk, stereotypes, and more.
Not to mention, Q-Camp is the most fun ever! From s’mores and sing-a-longs by the campfire to fort-building competitions and a masquerade dance, this is the camp experience you’ve always dreamed of!
