Seduction and Revenge (NYC)

News Story

On March 4–8, Pace School of Performing Arts students present sex as a weapon of manipulation. No we’re not talking 50 Shades, this play did it before it was trendy.

La vengeance est un plat qui se mange froid. If you have no idea what we’re talking about, see Pace School of Performing Arts' production of Christopher Hampton’s Les Liaisons Dangereuses, a powerful study of seduction, betrayal, and sexual gamesmanship set among the French aristocracy.

Based on the 1782 novel by Pierre Choderlos de Laclos, which has been adapted into stage, opera, ballet, radio, and film (remember 90s drama Cruel Intentions? Yeah, you do), Les Liaisons Dangereuses is all about manipulation and sexual conquests.

Performances will be held at the Schaeberle Studio Theater in 41 Park Row on:

March 4–6, 7:30 p.m.
March 7–8, 2:00 p.m. and 7:30 p.m.

Tickets are $6 for students and can be purchased at
