Site Survey and Scholarships
March on over to Mortola to hear all about prestigious scholarships and awards. Then, take a few minutes to fill out a quick survey about their new homepage. Your "insite" is invaluable!
Thinking about applying for a Fulbright or American Rhodes scholarship? Have your eye on a Gilman or Boren scholarship to study abroad for a semester? Do you want to be one of the 200,000+ people who have volunteered with the Peace Corps? Watson, Goldwater, NSF, Truman? Wondering what these scholarships and fellowships are and how you can get more info?
If your answer is yes, maybe, or I’m not really sure, then you need to stop by the Mortola Library First Floor in PLV as they host Everything You Need to Know About Prestigious Scholarships and Awards on Wednesday, March 11, from 12:10 p.m.–1:15 p.m.
>> Janetta Rebold Benton, PhD, University Director of Scholarly Initiatives and Fulbright Senior Scholar
>> Dolores Alfieri, Assistant Program Coordinator/Fulbright Program Adviser
>> Hannah Tall ’12, Pace alumna and recipient of a Gilman to Peru and a Fulbright to Colombia
Light refreshments will be served.
Love at First Site?
The Pace Library has a new homepage and they want to know what you think about it! Can you easily find all of the information you need? Is there something missing? What? Make your input known by completing a quick survey by Friday, March 20. Responses are anonymous. If you’re willing to serve on a focus group about the Library homepage in the future, please make sure to include your name and Pace e-mail address. Survey responses will be kept separate from e-mail addresses to ensure anonymity.
