Student-Faculty Research Days

On Wednesday, May 8, and Thursday, May 9, students and professors will showcase their work at Pace’s annual Student-Faculty Research Days. Plus, information for applying to the 2019–2020 student-faculty research program.
Save the date! On Wednesday, May 8 (NYC), and Thursday, May 9 (PLV), join the Pace Community for Student-Faculty Research Days. Hosted by the Office of Research, Division for Student Success, and the Pforzheimer Honors College, this annual event recognizes the unique work conducted by student-faculty pairings and features posters from dozens of Pace researchers from all schools.

On both days, poster presentations will be from 10:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m., with a lunch, program, and oral presentations from 12:00 p.m.–1:00 p.m.

2019–2020 Student-Faculty Research Program
The Division for Student Success is seeking applicants for the Provost’s Undergraduate Student-Faculty Research (UGR) Program, with sessions during summer 2019 and academic year, 2019–2020. Through this program, students work with a faculty mentor on a specific project of mutual interest. The pairs will submit their findings in blogs and summaries over the course of the project in addition to participating in Pace’s annual Research Day. A small stipend will be given to each student and faculty member accepted into this competitive program.
Student-faculty pairs from all disciplines are welcome to apply! More information can be found by accessing the Office of Student Success webpage.
Applications for the summer and academic year programs are due no later than Monday, May 6, 2019. Please email your applications to Nasreen Hussain.
