Virtual Event Roundup
Pace is now virtual, and many departments as well as student clubs and organizations are getting creative about how to stay connected. Hop in on one of their Zoom meetings, brush up your Adobe skills with a tutorial, and more!
Pace’s American Marketing Association (AMA) is getting creative and connecting with others while practicing social distancing—with Adobe. Check out this handy tutorial on a few things you can learn using Adobe software while staying safe and staying at home as much as possible. You can also follow AMA on Instagram for more helpful tips.
Career Services Resources
Reps from the Career Services are available to meet with you virtually! If you have any questions about your internship or post-graduation job search, you can use the Career Services Help portal to connect with them directly. Many of their workshops are also being held virtually now, so check out the full list of Career Services events on their calendar for more information. You can also contact the team by phone or email:
- >> Email: email@example.com
- >> Phone: (914) 773-3415 (PLV Campus) or (212) 346-1950 (NYC Campus)
Connect with the Campus Chaplain
Susan Becker, the Campus Chaplain on the PLV Campus, is here for you! She’s available to chat, offer comfort, or simply to commiserate during what’s been a stressful time for everyone. You can contact Sr. Sue via text message at (914) 844-8304 if you’d like to schedule a time to chat via Zoom.
Honors College Buzzfeed Quiz
To entertain you and (hopefully!) make you laugh, the student aides at the Honors College have put together a Buzzfeed quiz. See which Honors staff member you are and tag them with the results! You can also contact the Honors team via email, too. They’d love to see who you end up getting—particularly any Mohinis or Lindseys!
Join the LGBTQA+ and Social Justice Center for the eighth annual Lavender Graduation (formerly known as the Lavender Awards). This is a wonderful opportunity to celebrate graduating LGBTQA+ seniors as well as to honor students, faculty, and staff who are committed to LGBTQA+ advocacy at Pace! You have until Friday, April 17, at 11:59 p.m. to nominate someone either on the PLV Campus or NYC Campus. The ceremony will be held virtually on Friday, May 1, at 4:00 p.m. We hope to see you there!
