Join the Student Development and Campus Activities (SDCA) for their annual Women’s Leadership Conference! SDCA hosts this important event to invite expert speakers and facilitate discussion for all women in the Pace Community. The keynote speaker is Victoria Elena Nones, a self-made entrepreneur with a passion for using business to economically empower minorities, and the closing speaker is Vice President of Business Intelligence and Analytics at Estée Lauder Laura Manuele. Womxn’s HERstory Month in the Theater
Wednesday, March 6 | 12:00 p.m. | One Pace Plaza, Room W607
Join us for Charly Evon Simpson’s play Behind the Sheet, which reframes the origin story of modern gynecology with the women who were central to its discovery. Who—and what—does history remember? After, Handan Ozbilgin Bromley will discuss directing a monologue from Mia, a play about breast cancer post-mastectomy. Both elevate stories about women’s bodies through theater.
