Won’t You See Neighbors? (NYC)
Want to see the new Zac Efron and Seth Rogen movie before everyone else? Pace students in MAR363 have organized a screening for you on May 1.
Pace University Special Events Marketing 363 class is organizing a free pre-screening viewing of Neighbors, starring Zac Efron and Seth Rogen, on Thursday, May 1, a week before the film’s premiere. The screening will be held at the Regal Battery Park Stadium 11, located at 102 North End Avenue, New York, NY,10281, at 7:30 p.m. And the Pace University Community and friends are invited (and encouraged) to attend!
“The students of this class are putting together this event completely alone; working together in teams of PR, Communications, Research, Logistics, Promotions, and more,” says MAR 363 student Nicole Morales. “Our goal is to have 380 students attend the screening!”
And the earlier you show up, the better. Gift bags and merchandise will be handed out to the first 25 people. Plus, immediately after the screening will be an after party at Ryan Maguire’s Ale House (located at 28 Cliff Street), where guests 21+ will be treated to drink specials and an exclusive “Pace Neighbor” cocktail. Guests will need their ticket stub and a valid ID to attend.

Neighbors tells the story of Mac Radner (played by Seth Rogen) and his wife, Kelly (Rose Byrne), a married couple that are in need of some next door friends, but when a fraternity moves one house down from them, their attempts to reach out the house leader (Zac Efron) don’t go over so well. The married couple and their new baby don’t mix well with explosive raggers, and rowdy college kids. What results is a dangerous game of back and forth between the Radners and the fraternity brothers of Delta Psi. Needless to say, things get out of hand.
The film is directed by Nick Stoller, an American director and screenwriter who has made popular comedies, like Forgetting Sarah Marshal and Accepted. Neighbors opens in theaters on May 9.
