Writing Center Workshops: Fall 2020

News Story

The Writing Center has gone fully online this semester, and they’re delivering weekly workshops in order to guide you through any writing assignments you might need help on. Come join the discussion and pick up a few new skills.

The Writing Center is working closely with the English Department to create cohesive Zoom workshops to maximize resources, reinforce classroom material, and support students during the writing process. Each workshop is intended to help you think critically about your assignments and get your questions answered. Workshops last 60 minutes, and the first 30 minutes will include an interactive lesson and a closer look at example writing pieces. You’ll then have the opportunity to stay to ask questions, write individually or in small groups, and receive feedback from writing consultants. Attendance will count toward ENG 110, 120, and 201 requirements.

Check out what they have lined up for the Fall 2020 semester!
