Week of April 26

1 Pace Plaza West – 4, 5 and 6th Floor Renovation

Construction continues on schedule:

4th Floor

• Door Frame Delivery and installation will occur this week.
• Acoustic spraying of the ceiling between 3:00 p.m.–10:00 p.m.

5th Floor

• Floor layout and construction preparation will occur this week.
• Partition framing and duct installation will commence at the end of the week.

6th Floor

• Frame new roof openings will begin on Tuesday
• Sprinkler and plumbing work underway
• Acoustic spraying of the ceiling between 3:00 p.m.–10:00 p.m.

Roof Top Units Replacements

• Abatement complete.
• Demolition underway.
• Steel dunnage reinforcement.

4th Floor

• Sheetrock Installation
