Real Estate Weekly featured the Pace University Land Use Law Center in "Multi-faith coalition could answer the prayers of New Yorkers struggling with housing affordability"

The housing crisis is impacting families of all backgrounds in many communities, posing a real threat to the long-term health of our state. Community leaders have a responsibility to proactively address this problem now on behalf of their neighbors and constituents. Faith-based organizations have long led the way in advocating for changes and opportunities for all New Yorkers and it is inspiring to see them do so again with housing. It is even more encouraging that the Council has partnered with leading experts like Goldstein Hall Attorneys at Law, the Pace University Land Use Law Center, and other well-informed and influential groups.

"Real Estate Weekly" featured Pace in "$1.2B bioscience center project takes major step forward"

...The project will create more than 4,000 new construction jobs and 8,000 new permanent jobs. It will also create career opportunities for students in the emerging bioscience field by forming partnerships with nearby Westchester Community College, Pace University and New York Medical College.

JPMORGAN CHASE

Andrew started with JPMorgan Chase in 2014 and has been in the Real Estate Industry since 2009, previously working as an Investment Sales Broker at Massey Knakal Realty Services (now Cushman & Wakefield). During his time at Massey Knakal, he was involved in the disposition of over $517MM in aggregate transaction volume and evaluated over $1.2B in commercial properties using various evaluation techniques.

Andrew graduated with a Master’s of Science Degree in Real Estate Finance & Investment from New York University’s Schack Institute of Real Estate in 2014 and obtained his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from Pace University in 2010.

An active member of the NYU Alumni Community, Real Estate Services Alliance (RESA) and the Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA), Andrew has also volunteered for numerous charitable organizations including Habitat for Humanity, Hope Soup Kitchen, Arts Connection, Carry the Load, Catalog for Giving, Khal Bnei Torah and Street Soccer USA.
