New York City Master Plan

41 Park Row

The renovation of the lower levels of 41 Park Row, a landmarked building will create a new home for the Dyson College of Arts and Sciences and bring the Pace brand to the city. A significant change will be to restore the historic entrance to the Spruce Street side of the building to create a connection to Pace Plaza. A new first floor art gallery, student commons, advising suite, and faculty colloquia space will activate the building and highlight the accomplishments of faculty and students.
