Enrollment and/or Degree Verification Instructions

Students: Please follow the instructions below to generate a digital enrollment and/or Degree Verification Letter.

Students who graduated prior to 1985, were enrolled prior to 2005, or do not have an active Portal account must fill out a PDF form request. Please allow seven business days for processing.

Employers/Third-Party Verifiers: Enrollment verification by employers is processed exclusively through the National Student Clearinghouse. Please submit verification requests through their website or call (703) 742-7791.

Instructions for Digital Letter

Step 1:

Log in to the Pace Portal and navigate to the Student tab

Step 2:

Click Student Records

Step 3:

Click Request Enrollment and/or Degree Verification

Step 4:

Choose desired options to create a digital letter. Save and/or download according to browser specifications
