Delegate Information

We are honored to welcome delegates from various colleges, universities, and learned societies to Pace University on Sunday, October 29, 2017, for the inauguration of Marvin Krislov as our eighth president. As you prepare to join us for this special event, the below information may be helpful.

Parking
All parking areas will be available to our guests. Security personnel will be there to direct you. You are welcome to use spaces identified for visitors, faculty, and staff. Accessible parking is available for those who need it.

Check In
Delegates will check in for the procession at the Jeanette and Morris Kessel Student Center’s main entrance, which is located off of the quad. Please check in between 11:30 a.m.–12:00 p.m. in preparation for the start of the ceremony at 1:00 p.m.

Academic Attire
All delegates in the academic procession are expected to wear academic attire. If you do not have a cap and gown, please contact the school or organization you are representing so that they may provide you with the necessary academic regalia. A secure room will be available for robing and for storing your personal belongings during the ceremony. Pace University staff members will be available to assist you.

Academic Procession
Delegates will assemble for the processional to the Ann and Alfred Goldstein Health, Fitness, and Recreation Center. You will receive your assigned processional location upon check-in. Processional line-up will begin at 12:30 p.m.

Reception
Following the conclusion of the ceremony, we invite all guests to join us at a reception to celebrate the inauguration of our new president.
