Pace University’s Career Development Program can help answer these questions by providing career, personal and professional awareness and career-decision making skills.

This 8 week program focuses on professional and career development skills, an individual CliftonStrengths assessment, career coaching and an independent career planning project.  A Pace University digital badge will be issued at the completion of the program.

Susan Donahue

Susan Donahue provides the strategic direction and leadership to the Talent Development and Continuing Education Team. She has over 20 years of experience in training, adult learning and talent development, both as an external consultant and as a talent and organizational learning professional within an organization.
