Biography


Dr. Catherine Dwyer is a distinguished academic leader, scholar and teacher. In 2019 she was received the Kenan Award for Teaching Excellence by Pace University.

Dr. Dwyer has a passion for developing interdisciplinary programs. She has worked with faculty in the Marketing Department to create a Masters Program on Social Media and Mobile Marketing for department chair. She also developed and co-teaches a course with a Film Studies colleague entitled "Computers and the Surveillance Society."
