Academic Advisors are available to support students on both campuses from 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., Mondays through Fridays. Students can contact their Academic Advisor directly through the contact information provided on each school’s Advisement webpage.

Athletics and Recreation
The Pace University Athletics and Recreation Department competes at the NCAA Division II level in the prestigious Northeast-10 Conference. They offer 14 varsity sports, a Spirit Squad, and a variety of intramural sports, eSports, and recreation programs. They offer a variety of intramural sports such as flag football, indoor soccer, volleyball, and basketball, as well as provide a wide variety of fitness equipment for the Pace Community.

Auxiliary Services will be able to help you with your ID card, BankMobile refunds, campus dining and meal plans, as well as questions pertaining to the bookstore, vending machines, and student mail services.

Counseling is a process that helps people work out personal, academic, or vocational problems. The professional staff at the Counseling Center at Pace is available to assist students, staff, and faculty in the resolution of these problems. Through this process, people often gain increased awareness, independence, and effectiveness in the pursuit of personal goals.

Dean for Students
The Dean for Students plays a key role in developing an engaged and responsible community, and in communicating the interests and concerns of students to University leadership. The Dean for Students is responsible for many areas of student life such as residence life, student development, campus activities, community standards, wellness programs, counseling services, and services for students with disabilities.

Education Abroad (Study Abroad)
Pace Education Abroad is here to guide you in all of your study abroad interests! Explore your many opportunities including faculty-led programs, semester study, short-term programs, international internships, research, clinical observations, and service learning.
The Office of Financial Aid assists students and their families to obtain the most aid possible in order to meet the costs of their education at Pace.

Health Services (University Health Care)
Their NYS-licensed nurse practitioners can diagnose and treat most common illnesses, write prescriptions, order lab and radiologic tests, and can refer to specialty care as appropriate. They also provide physical exams, PrEP/PEP, STI/HIV screening treatment, contraception, GYN exams, immunizations, travel medicine, and primary care. The health service fee in conjunction with your health insurance will cover office visits. Diagnostic testing may incur additional charges. Even if you waive the Pace insurance, you can be evaluated at University Health Care.

Information Technology Services (ITS)
ITS delivers a wide range of IT support and services to meet students’ needs, including password resets, email account assistance, and more. Please see ITS’ FAQ for common issues.

International Students and Scholars
International Students and Scholars staff assist Pace’s international population with immigration and acculturation issues and provide globally themed programs for the entire Pace Community. To request an appointment as an international student, visit issconnect.pace.edu.
The Learning Center offers superior service in multiple subject areas by staying current with the best methodologies. It maintains a supportive and encouraging academic presence to the University community. It engages in partnerships across the University to develop group tutoring, semester-end reviews, study skills workshops, academic coaching, and more.
New Student Experience and Transitions
The role of New Student Experience and Transitions is to guide students in their transition to the University, introduce them to academic support services and University resources, provide them with appropriate advisement, and facilitate opportunities to connect with peers and feel welcomed to the Pace Community.
The Office of the Registrar is responsible for course scheduling, degree audit, diplomas, transcripts, transfer credit evaluation, and grades.
Residential Life and Housing (ORLH)
They are dedicated to creating a safe living environment that encourages students to grow and learn. ORLH is committed to providing support through facilities, programming, and staff to guide students on their path to success. Their programming values are centered on developing students’ independence, interdependence, and personal accountability to self and others.

Safety and Security
Their experienced staff and uniformed security guards are available around the clock to help ensure the safety and security of the Pace Community. The department provides security response, access control, after-hours security escorts, and emergency alerts to help keep those in our community stay safe and informed. Student Accounts can assist you with billing, payments, and immunization compliance. We also have a variety of FAQ that provide answers to the most commonly asked questions.
The best way to get assistance with and information about your student account is to open a HelpDesk ticket. Tickets will be responded to within 72 hours. Emailing your inquiry to email@example.com automatically generates a trackable HelpDesk ticket, however it is less efficient and may slow down response time.
Student Development and Campus Activities
Student Development and Campus Activities engages students in campus life in New York City and Pleasantville by promoting a broad range of social and community-building programs for students, leadership, and personal development opportunities. They advise nearly 100 student organizations on campus. Their purpose is to develop students into responsible, well-rounded, and self-reliant individuals and to enhance the campus experience for all students.
