Pace Scholarships for Study Abroad
The Lubin School of Business, through grants received from the Figueroa Family Fund, awards scholarships for International Field Studies (Lubin's faculty-led programs) and semester study abroad programs. Those who are offered an award will receive $2,000 per student for International Field Studies and $3,000 per student for semester programs. Also, through a grant received from the Nancy and Gene Celentano Fund, student awardees enrolled in a specific international field study will receive $2,500 scholarships per student. All scholarships are administered through Lubin's Center for Global Business Programs. Apply for Lubin Scholarships. For Fall 2021 Faculty-Led programs, the application deadline is June 17.
Students admitted to Pace's Honors College can apply for a study abroad grant of up to $1,000 from the Pforzheimer Honors College to use towards an approved credit-bearing study abroad program (semester, summer, or faculty-led courses). Confirmation with the Honors College is required. Note: This scholarship can be used only once during a student's time at Pace, and it must be used for overseas travel. Dyson provides scholarships for participation on Dyson faculty-led programs. Dyson offers a limited number of competitive World Cultural Exchange Fund awards worth $1,000 each for undergraduate/graduate faculty-led programs/courses. Applicants must be enrolled in any major at Dyson College and must have accrued a minimum of 12 credits at Pace. Applicants with QPA below 3.0 will not be considered. Apply for Dyson Scholarships
Available for Economics, History, and Political Science majors participating in a credit-bearing study abroad program. One to two students will receive $1,000 for short-term faculty-led/summer programs and $3,000 for semester/academic year programs.

Child Family Health International (CFHI)
A number of scholarships are available for approved students from Pace's College of Health Professions. Scholarships are up to $1,500 and available at CFHI Scholarships. Scholarship recipients will be asked to keep a blog and other publications with CFHI. Upon return, Pace CFHI scholarship recipients are expected to share their experiences abroad with current Pace students at CHP and at Education Abroad events.
IAU College, France/Spain/Morocco
IAU offers merit-based scholarships, need-based scholarships, and grants for semester, summer, and January-term students.
Richmond University, England
Scholarships in the amount of $1,000 USD will be awarded each term by Richmond, with funds to be disbursed on arrival in London (can be used towards housing, airfare, or other on-site expenses). Pace applicants who are Pell Grant-eligible, students of color, differently abled, and first generation students are given preference. The scholarship application deadline for Spring 2022 semester is October 1, 2020, and applicants will apply to Pace via firstname.lastname@example.org
Sophia University, Japan
The Japanese Student Services Organization (JASSO) Scholarship for International Students is awarded to one student with demonstrated financial need. Award up to 400,000 JPY for a semester and 880,000 JPY for a year.
Stuttgart Media University (HdM), Germany (PDF)
Scholarships awarded to students enrolled in the HdM minor program “Business Analytics.” The scholarship offers students €800 per month for a 5-month study abroad semester.
The Education Abroad Network (TEAN)
TEAN, a third party study abroad provider that Pace collaborates with, offers numerous scholarships - including need- and merit-based scholarships, diversity scholarships, and more. Awards of up to $15,000.

American Association of Teachers of Japanese - for study in Japan
$2,500 scholarships for U.S. citizen undergraduate students participating in semester-long study abroad programs in Japan.
American-Scandinavian Foundation - for study in Scandinavia
ASF offers fellowships and grants for study abroad (as well as publications, exhibitions, and other programs reinforcing the strong relationships between America and Scandinavia).
Association of American Study Abroad Programs - for study in the UK
Scholarships for those studying abroad in the UK who are interested in starting a membership in AASAP. This merit-based award is £500-£1,000.
Boren Scholarship funds study abroad of U.S. undergraduates in world regions that are critical to U.S. interests. Scholarships support those who study less commonly taught languages in world regions critical to U.S. interests yet underrepresented in study abroad - including Africa, Asia, Central and Eastern Europe, Eurasia, Latin America, and the Middle East.

Offers $1,000 for students studying abroad in any program throughout the globe.
BUTEX Scholarship - for study in the UK
£500 ($600 USD) scholarships for semester study in the United Kingdom.

DAAD: German Academic Exchange Service - for study in Germany
DAAD has a scholarship database of nearly 90 scholarships - for those who want to study abroad in Germany.
Education in Ireland "Inclusive Ireland" Scholarship 2021 - for study in Ireland
This scholarship is for students who identify as BIPOC with a 3.0 GPA, enrolling at participating Pace partners in Ireland. Application deadline is April 1, 2021.
The Eleni Zachariou Memorial Scholarship - for study in Greece
This scholarship of $5,000 will fund a semester scholarship for one deserving American undergraduate to study in Greece.
Foundation for Global Scholars
$2,000 scholarships for U.S. citizens to study abroad on a program that's at least 4 weeks in duration.
Freeman-ASIA - for study in Asia
Up to $5,000 for a semester; $7,000 for an academic year; or $3,000 for a summer program awarded to students studying abroad in Asia. Applications for Academic Year 2021-2022 are open. Applicants may apply to one program: Summer 2021, Fall 2021, AY 2021-22, Spring 2022, or Calendar Year 2022. The deadline for applicants to submit their applications is March 30, 2021.
Fund for Education Abroad Scholarships
The Fund for Education Abroad is committed to decreasing financial restrictions for students through the provision of grants and scholarships. Scholarships range from $1,250 to $10,000 and can be applied for programs that are minimum 4 weeks long. For Spring 2022 semester programs, the application will open on July 1, 2021 and close on their deadine of September 15, 2021.
Gilman International Scholarship
Gilman Scholarships are based on Federal Pell Grant eligibility as well as the location of the study abroad program. Gilman provides over 3,500 scholarships annually to undergraduates (U.S. citizens) going abroad for 3+ weeks. Students can receive up to $5,000. Students studying critical need languages may be eligible to receive an additional award of up to $3,000. Read about past Gilman Scholarship Recipients from Pace. Education New Zealand (ENZ) is New Zealand’s government agency for building international education and promoting New Zealand as a study destination. This partnership sustains a wider effort to support students who have traditionally been underrepresented in study abroad, including those of Native American heritage, and will commit $250,000 over the next five years to support Gilman Scholars who study or intern abroad in New Zealand. Jane Gluckmann and Carol Rausch Go Global Scholarship
For a student going to France, Germany, Mexico, Central America, or South America - to study for at least 4 weeks.
Jeanne Marandon Fellowships - for study in France
For students in the fields of Human and Social Sciences who study abroad in France. Fellowships for undergrads are $10,000 for the academic year. Applicants in literature, art, music, history, social sciences, and communications have priority; however, all majors are accepted. Applicants must have a sufficient command of spoken and written French to pursue their proposed studies and/or research in France. Funding from Société des Professeurs Français et Francophones d'Amérique (SPFFA).
Malú Alvarez Global Access Scholarship
Five semester scholarships are awarded each year for study in any country of the student's choosing.
Mitchell Scholarship - for study in Ireland
With funding from the U.S.-Ireland Alliance, this scholarship is for graduate students to study for a full academic year in Ireland and Northern Ireland, in a discipline of their choosing. Provides tuition, accommodation, and a stipend for living expenses and travel.
Morgan Stanley Japan Scholarships - for study in Japan
For juniors and seniors studying economics and international finance who have been accepted to study abroad in Japan. Winners are awarded scholarships of $7,500.
NAFSA Tamara Bryant Memorial Scholarship
Funds for African-American undergraduate students in the U.S. who hope to study abroad and gain valuable experiences that will prepare them for the increasingly global environment into which they will graduate.
Norman Woodberry Scholarship
The World Affairs Forum offers a scholarship program for students studying abroad. It’s only for students who reside or study in Fairfield County CT or Westchester County NY (Pace PLV!).
Order Sons and Daughters of Italy in America - for study in Italy
ODSIA offers scholarships to students of Italian descent (defined as having at least one Italian or Italian-American grandparent) for studying Italian language on a study abroad program in Italy.
Awarded to deserving LGBTQI students who aims to participate in a high-quality, rigorous education abroad program. Minimum of 4 weeks studying in country on a for-credit program for summer, fall, or spring. U.S. citizens, permanent residents, or DACA students can apply.

The U.S.-Japan Bridging Foundation grants scholarships to students who were accepted into a study abroad program in Japan. Awards from $2,500-$4,000 provide for travel and living expenses. Scholarships are for semester or academic year programs only. Around 100 scholarships are awarded each year.
The Watanabe Study Abroad Scholarship - for study in Japan
Provides financial assistance to undergraduates/graduate students for a semester or year-long study abroad program in Japan. The scholarship supports up to the full cost of attendance at the study abroad program of the student’s choice.
