Sarah Cheng is a Student Success Analyst for Pace University. Sarah has a Master of Arts in Sociology and a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from University of Cincinnati, and a Bachelor of Arts in Foreign Languages and Literatures from National Taiwan University. Prior to joining this office, Sarah had worked for more than eleven years as a Data Analyst and Institutional Researcher in Higher Education. During her career in Higher Education, she enjoyed consolidating and streamlining data reporting processes using her unique skill sets, and she also played and enjoyed the role as a webmaster in the offices she had served simultaneously. She is always interested in learning new skills to add to her toolboxes to better her reporting capabilities.

In her role as Student Success Analyst, Sarah is responsible for analyzing student data to support ongoing advising and student engagement operations, and to support institutional decision-making and assessment. She is a member of the Association of Institutional Research (AIR), and the Overseas Chinese Association of Institutional Research (OCAIR).
