Employee Mentoring Program

The purpose of Pace University’s Employee Mentoring Program is to foster professional development and career growth while building cross-functional networks across the University.

Pace's Employee Mentoring Program, through the PeopleGrove online platform, is the University's official online community where you can connect with fellow staff or faculty to gain their support and perspective as you navigate your own career. The program is open to all Pace staff and faculty and is a wonderful opportunity to be a mentor, or protégé (mentee), or both!

The online platform enables you to control the type and frequency of your connections. You set the number of requested meetings or inbound messages and determine the number of mentors/protégés you engage with at any given time.
