Technology Training

Just as Pace is committed to providing quality education to its students, it is also committed to you. As a Pace employee, you are a valuable resource to this community. Since technology permeates all areas of your life at Pace, we want to make sure you have the technology training resources and skills you need to accomplish your daily tasks.

There are many training initiatives in place to help foster your individual growth and skill development - both of which will increase your job efficiency. Below are a few categories of training to help you get started.

Additional IT Training

Information Technology Services (ITS) offers one-on-one or group sessions on a wide range of I.T. training topics as well as numerous online courses through Microsoft I.T. Academy. We can also schedule shorter (20-45 minute) appointments as part of our desk-side support services to help with a question or issue related to Pace software applications (e.g.: Outlook Exchange or MS Office).

For one-on-one sessions, ITS's User Services staff can meet with you at one of our locations or come to your office, or even work with you remotely on a specific topic. If you are wondering how a session can be done remotely, User Services uses advanced remote desktop tools to conduct interactive sessions between their office and yours. In addition, we offer many online courses to help develop your skills through the Microsoft I.T. Academy Program.

To see what training topics and online courses are available, and to schedule a training session or obtain a course subscription, please visit the ITS Training website.
