Individual Voice Lessons - BFA Musical Theater

Chris studied Vocal Music Education at Ball State University and has been teaching voice in NYC for ten years. On top of his work at Pace, Chris maintains a busy private voice studio in Manhattan, is the production Children's Vocal Coach for Andrew Lloyd Webber's hit new Broadway musical, "School of Rock," and teaches voice for the college prep company, MTCA. He has an endless fascination with vocal technique and function and has extensively studied Vocology and the Estill Voice Method under Tom Burke, Robert Sussuma, Joan Lader, and others. He had a year-long Artistic Fellowship at the Fulton Opera House in Lancaster, PA and studied acting at the Jen Waldman Studio. His students can be currently be seen on Broadway, Off-Broadway, National Tours, and tons of film/TV. Chris is an avid New York Jets fan and loves living in Astoria with his beautiful wife, their two crazy cats, and soon-to-be-born baby boy. His teaching motto is "Love Your Voice."
