The online RN-BS is a degree completion program for RNs that consists of at least 60 credits. You will need to have earned 120 total credits between Pace University Online and your previous studies to graduate.

NURS 481: Core Competencies for Multidimensional Care (3 credits)
NURS 482: Evidence-based Practice for Healthy Aging (3 credits)
NURS 486: Population Health in the Global Environment (3 credits)
NURS 485: Innovation and the Art of Leadership and Management (3 credits)
NURS 484: Improving the Health of a Population: Nursing’s role in Advocacy, Policy, and Politics (3 credits)
NURS 487: Health Assessment Clinical Reasoning (3 credits)
NURS 498: Spirit of Inquiry: Nursing Research and Evidence-based Practice (3 credits)
In addition, you will take up to 26 credits of arts and sciences courses and 9 credits of nursing electives. The electives available to you vary by semester, and the total number of credits you will take varies depending on the amount of previous credit you transfer to the program.
If you are an RN with a cumulative grade point average (CGPA) of at least 3.0, you can take up to 9 credits at the graduate level. We will double-count these credits towards both your BS and a master’s program.

In addition, RNs with a CGPA of 3.0 or better may elect to take an independent study for 1 or more credits.
