Launch With HR Expertise

Were you born to lead? Our combined BBA/MS prepares you for leadership roles within human resources and across organizations. You will learn how to analyze, design, and evaluate human resources systems and processes—and how to integrate those systems and processes with cutting-edge business strategy.

Prepare for HR Leadership

  • Acquire a broad overview of contemporary human resources theory and practice.
  • Apply what you learn in class to the human resource challenges of your organization.
  • Save time and money by getting two degrees together.

Add Opportunities And Experiences

Today's changing business environment requires strategic management of the talent, skills, and knowledge of individuals within a company. Apply what you learn in class to the resource challenges of your organization, demonstrating your capability to innovate and create value. Pursue leadership opportunities with the specialized human resources knowledge you gain at Lubin. You will acquire a broad overview of contemporary human resources theory, practice analyzing functional areas, and learn to integrate strategy with your organization's human resources.

The curriculum places emphasis on organizational behavior, labor relations, and employment law. Students benefit from acquiring core human resources management skills: recruitment, compensation, assessment, and training for human resource management to further organizational goals. You will learn theory and current best practices to identify sustainable, competitive advantages by adapting human resources strategies and practices to market fluctuations and shifting pressure from competitors. Gain the specialized skills to succeed in senior-level appointments: analysis of the strategic impact of staffing decisions, processes, retention, and staff-flow management.

Students take only 120 credits at the undergraduate level (8 fewer than in our BBA) and they take their second semester senior year in our 30-credit graduate program. The admissions process is seamless. With a GPA over 3.2 you can waive the GMAT/GRE requirement.

"Our program is unique in the sense that classes are very small, we have a great graduate HR club that is very aggressive with networking, and there are a lot of internship opportunities for students." —Ibraiz Tarique, PhD, Chairperson, Management and Management Science Department
