The year began with foundational workshops designed to build entrepreneurial skills and spark innovation across the Pace community. Programs such as Personal Branding 101 for Founders helped students define their identity, refine their professional presence, and develop the mindset needed for startup environments. These sessions established a strong foundation for hands-on venture development throughout the year.

Flagship Inspiration: Why the World Needs More Builders (Spring 2025)

This high-profile event brought together more than 450 RSVPs and over 300 attendees, featuring Daniel Lubetzky, founder of KIND Snacks and Shark Tank investor, alongside Marvin Krislov, President of Pace University. The conversation focused on purpose-driven entrepreneurship, leadership, and the importance of building ventures with social and economical impact.

Spring 2025

Complementary sessions, including HR Arena and The Science of Well-being, expanded the dialogue around workplace culture, resilience, and personal development.
