Greg Cutler is the Director of Planning and Economic Development for the Village of Port Chester, where he oversees diverse planning and policy initiatives that emphasize long-term sustainability, walkability, creative zoning, and strategic public-private partnerships. Throughout his career, Greg’s work has focused on fostering sustainable economic growth, with a focus on transit-oriented development, placemaking, affordable housing, flood and stormwater management, and downtown revitalization.

Before joining Port Chester, Greg served as the Director of Planning for the Village of Mamaroneck and as Village Planner for Scarsdale, where he gained broad expertise in municipal planning. He is also a Director-at-Large for the Westchester Municipal Planning Federation and sits on the Executive Committee of the New York Metro Chapter of the American Planning Association, representing Hudson Valley East. Greg holds a Master’s in Urban Planning from Hunter College and a Bachelor’s in Geography from Binghamton University.
