  • 9:00 a.m.–9:15 a.m.: Welcome in Robert Fleming Gerber Glass Moot Court Room for competitors
  • 9:30 a.m.–11:30 a.m.: Preliminary Round I
  • 12:00 p.m.–2:00 p.m.: Lunch in Cafeteria for competitors and Preston Hall Tudor Room for attorneys
  • 1:30 p.m.–1:55 p.m.: Preliminary Round II check-in for attorneys in the Preston Hall Tudor Room
  • 2:00 p.m.–4:00 p.m.: Preliminary Round II
  • 4:30 p.m.–6:30 p.m.: Present the Best Brief Award to Winning Team in Preston Hall Tudor Room

  • 12:30 p.m.–2:00 p.m.: Career Panel provided by ABA SEER for student competitors
  • 12:30 p.m.–2:00 p.m.: Law Professor Workshop for professors and coaches
  • 1:00 p.m.–3:00 p.m.: NYS CLE 2-Credit Ethics Course for attorneys
  • 2:45 p.m.–3:00 p.m.: Announce Quarterfinal Round Teams in Preston Hall Tudor Room
  • 2:30 p.m.–3:30 p.m.: Refreshments in Preston Student Lounge for competitors
  • 3:30 p.m.–5:30 p.m.: Quarterfinal Round
  • 5:30 p.m.–7:00 p.m.: Reception for competitors in Preston Hall Tudor Room

  • 11:30 a.m.–1:00 p.m.: Seated lunch for 9 semifinalist teams and coaches in Cafeteria
  • 11:30 a.m.–1:00 p.m.: Seated lunch for Final Round and Semifinal Round judges and NELMCC Board
  • 12:15 p.m.: Announce Final Round Teams in Cafeteria
  • 1:30 p.m.–3:30 p.m.: Final Round: Gerber Glass Library Moot Courtroom (public)
  • 3:45 p.m.–4:45 p.m.: Reception and Awards Ceremony in Preston Hall Tudor Room
