Student Nurse Coalition for Diversity and Development

The Student Nurse Coalition for Diversity and Development (SNCDD) is an interdisciplinary student organization founded in the College of Health Professions in 2014. The mission of the coalition is to attract and mentor traditionally underrepresented nursing and health professions students in the United States.

Through collaboration and partnerships with like-minded parties, our goal is to prepare a diverse healthcare workforce prepared to meet the demands of diverse populations across the lifespan, and to address healthcare concerns of medically underserved communities.

Your participation in activities on and off campus will serve to meet the mission and goal of the coalition.
