1L Moot Court Competition
The Louis V. Fasulo First Year Moot Court Competition engages the law school’s entire first-year class—and this year marks our largest group to date, with a record-breaking 300 JD students. Over the Spring semester, students diligently prepare to present arguments before a distinguished panel of judges, resulting in an exciting and competitive debate.
The two-day competition begins with preliminary rounds on Saturday, March 21, 2026. Those who advance will compete on Sunday, March 22, 2026 to determine the top four finalists.
