Your goals just got real.
Powerful academics. Dedicated mentoring. Immersive experiences. The Pace Path is an individualized program for all undergraduates that’s tailored to your strengths, passions, and career goals. Pace will get you where you want to go. Where you go is up to you.
Here’s how it works:
Internships, immersive research, leadership roles—real-world experiences build out your plan to make you career-ready.
You may have a crystal-clear vision of your future (supreme court justice? animal rights advocate? neuroscientist?) OR it may still be a little bit muddy. That is 100 percent okay. Pace is here to help you zero in on your interests and steer you towards your best future.
Find Your Place
Explore what excites you—and discover a career path you love. Ava Posner discovered information science in her first year, loved it, and later went on to earn her master’s at Pace. She's now a UX designer at Prudential Financial.
Your advisor will work with you to map a detailed, long-term plan for academics and experiences, including internships, service, and more. Your plan is flexible—you and your advisor will revisit it regularly to keep you focused.
Graduate on Schedule
We want you to graduate on time just as much as you do. We help you stay on track for graduation day—starting on day one.
You and your advisor will adjust your plan to fill gaps in skills you'll need at Pace and beyond. Math anxiety? Writing problems? Can't pick a major? Advisors are here for you.
With career coaching, personal brand-building, enviable internships, connections, and more, Career Services gets you ready for your dream job or moves you forward to your dream job.
It takes more than rigorous academics to set you up for success. The Pace Path helps you develop the skills employers look for—interpersonal and organizational skills, problem-solving, leadership.
That’s a thing. Pace helps you develop the all-important soft skills employers are looking for—interpersonal and organizational skills, problem-solving, communication, teamwork, leadership.
The Pace Path flexes to support your every move. As you make new discoveries and gain greater self-awareness, you’ll learn—with the steady support of advisors—how best to adapt your plans.
The Change-Up Artist
A real-estate internship convinced Alexander Romans he was on the wrong track. Pace helped him pivot to the art world, where he’s already making a name for himself as a painter.
