You'll meet us early in your Pace journey so we can help you discover your best career path. That way, you can put your education to work right away. And then we'll help you land the job of your dreams—no matter where you're from, who you know, and where you want to go.

International Students

If you've come to Pace on an F-1 visa, our International Student Professional Readiness Education program—INSPIRE—will help make you market-ready and connect you with employers for internship and full-time positions.

Get Started: Explore Careers

You might know exactly what you want to do once you graduate. We can help you refine your career thinking and find an opportunity that matches your skills and ambitions.

Explore the Possibilities

Get a sense of who you are and who your future employers might be.

  • Career testing can introduce you to jobs and roles you didn’t know existed. We offer two tests that match you with careers based on your personality type—what motivates and energizes you—along with your interests and priorities, and what makes you comfortable in a work environment.

  • An informational interview is your chance to learn all about a career field. We’ve got an entire network of Pace alumni who are ready to sit down with you for a low-key, low-stress meeting. They can also give you the inside scoop on how to find a job in the field.

Whatever you decide early on, it's not set in stone. Some students discover a new interest that turns their plans around. Career Services, along with your academic mentors and advisors, are ready to help you pivot.

Get Market Ready

Our team of experts will make sure you're prepared to shine when you start looking for that internship or job. Yes, we polish your resume and cover letter. But to stand out from the competition, you need much more: An all-star LinkedIn profile, the right interview outfit and answers for those trick questions, a great pitch that tells your story in the best way possible.

Bottom line: You need a personal brand and the skills to communicate it.
