2026 PILR/PELR Symposium
This year’s symposium, hosted by the Pace International Law Review and the Pace Environmental Law Review, will focus on Degrees of Displacement: The Climate Crisis and the Future of Migration and will feature the Blaine Sloan Lecture as the keynote address, delivered by Professor Carmen G. Gonzalez, Morris I. Leibman Professor of Law at Loyola University Chicago School of Law. Professor Gonzalez is a world-renowned expert in international environmental law, environmental justice, human rights and the environment, and food security, whose scholarship has helped shape global conversations at the intersection of climate change and social equity.
