Boost Emotional and Social Health

This workshop guides us through steps to release blocked emotions and discover new communication tools that create connection instead of division, thereby improving our emotional and social health, both personally and professionally. Our physical health is the final layer of overall well-being, after emotional and social health has been ignored, blocked or damaged. It’s therefore vital to develop awareness, identify feelings, process conflicts, and communicate intentions in order to effectively manage conversations and soften our relationships.
