Join us for a Lunch & Learn with alumna Maeve Rothman, Director and Senior Counsel at Mastercard International Inc.
Maeve began her career in publishing before earning her J.D. from Haub Law and going on to serve as in-house counsel at BIC Corporation, Nestlé Waters, and now Mastercard International Inc.
At Mastercard, she supports the Marketing and Sponsorship teams by negotiating agreements such as talent, influencer, licensing, and sponsorship deals, while advising on such issues as promotion structure, intellectual property use, advertising regulations, and product claims.
Maeve is also active in the industry, serving on the ANA Legal Affairs Committee, co-chairing the regional ACC Marketing and Advertising Committee, and speaking on panels focused on marketing, licensing, and contract law.
1 PD credit will be awarded for those who attend in person.
