Faculty Center: Reflective Pedagogy Workshop
After registering, you will receive a confirmation email about joining the meeting.
Facilitation is the practice of holding both the people in, and the dynamic energy of, a room, a space, a meeting, an organization, or a movement. The goal of facilitation is to make it easier for people with shared intentions to be around one another and move toward their vision and values, as well as to mediate conflict in a way that is generative and accountable.
This workshop series is dedicated to deepening our craft as facilitators in the classroom and in meeting spaces, especially when engaging in difficult conversations involving race, class, gender, politics, or other sensitive subject matters.
