Meet the Instructor
Joseph Macaluso is a Certified Cost Professional with over 25 years of experience estimating a large variety of construction projects in the public sector. He has worked for the New York City Transit Authority, NYC Health and Hospitals Corporation, NYC School Construction Authority, and Empire State Development Corporation. In addition to estimating he has also reviewed construction budgets, prepared construction schedules, negotiated change orders, worked in the contract administration, and the grant administration areas.
Joseph DeLauro has devoted his career to the planning, estimation and delivery of intricate, medium-to-large endeavors. He is typically responsible for the coordinated efforts of clients, sponsors, architects, regulatory agencies, supply chain and delivery professionals in the controlled, composition of structures, properties and business strategies. His strong background in engineering, program management, data management and sales/support enable him to proactively address issues, minimizing risk, timeline & cost disruption.
