The Setter Difference
Following his Honorable Discharge from the US Navy after the Allied victory in World War II, Arthur Grabiner '50 chose to further his education at Pace Institute. By the time he graduated, it was renamed Pace College... Now, Pace University. At the age of "99-years-young," Arthur celebrates his milestone 75th anniversary Pace reunion, reflects on his military service and duty to younger generations as an "authentic living historian," and shares invaluable wisdom from his long, extraordinary life.
During the 61st annual Spirit of Pace Awards dinner on June 12, Pace honored Kristin A. Dolan, MS '90, chief executive officer at AMC Networks, and John Lyle ’66, philanthropist—two proud Pace graduates who exemplify the extraordinary difference our alumni make in the world.
After successful roles at KPMG, HBO, and Time Inc., Katherine Richardson, PhD, found her true calling in the classroom—and leading graduate programs at Lubin. With a passion for employee well-being and a drive to help students succeed, she brings real-world insight to every lesson at Pace.
Around the University
Pace’s signature gala, held on June 12 at the American Museum of Natural History, raised $1 million in support of student scholarships and programs and reminded us of the transformative power of a Pace University education. It was a special evening that proved once again: When the Pace Community comes together for a common goal, we achieve extraordinary things.
National College Decision Day marks a major milestone for high school seniors across the country—and for colleges competing for top talent. At Pace University, momentum is building across both campuses, with the Pleasantville Campus leading the way after receiving a record number of applications and on track to admitting its strongest incoming class in more than a decade.
