Confidential Resources Vs Non-Confidential Resources

Confidential Resources

A confidential resource at the university does not reveal the information that an individual has shared with them without the individual’s consent. In some very limited instances, a confidential resource may have to disclose information in a criminal or civil court proceeding or in the event where the resource receives a report of sexual abuse of a minor under 17 years of age.
